Mail or on-line orders are preferred for the following reasons:

  • Many phone calls are received when we are out of the office and, when we attempt to return calls we often have to leave messages.

  • When we are out of town, the voice mail gets full to capacity. We usually have Internet access to reply to your e-mail messages.
